"The deli food is always solid"
I usually have a good experience with the deli here. The hot bar is fresh and the food is consistently tasty. Every now and then something might not be perfect, but it’s nothing that would stop me from coming back.

"Staff could be a little nicer"
I’ve shopped at New Seasons a few times, or maybe this was only my second trip recently, I can’t remember, but I do like some of the stuff they carry. The products are nice enough, but the staff interaction kind of threw me off. I asked a couple people where things were and they seemed a little irritated, like I was bothering them.
At checkout, the cashier was fine, so maybe I just caught everyone at a weird time or mixed up which visit felt worse. Either way, the whole experience didn’t feel especially welcoming or helpful. It’s definitely not the worst store, but I’m not exactly in a hurry to go back

I didn’t love how long the checkout process took. I just wanted to get my order done quickly, but it felt slower than it should’ve been and wasn’t very convenient for me.

"Pretty decent, but a little frustrating"
I ordered groceries online at first I was feeling happy because the process was easy and most of my stuff showed up fine. Then I got a bit annoyed because a couple items were out of stock, and one of the replacements made me go, “Wait, why this?” The delivery was also a little late, which was frustrating in the moment, but I did appreciate that everything was packed well and nothing was damaged. So overall, not a bad experience at all, just not as smooth as I was hoping.

The biggest hassle was just getting there. Parking was a mess, and even getting into the store felt more complicated than it should’ve been. I weirdly remember a single orange traffic cone sitting in the middle of an empty-looking spot, which pretty much summed up the whole experience
"Store felt messy and confusing"
I stopped by after getting an email that made it sound like the store was organized and ready for shoppers, but when I got there it felt like a totally different story. The shelves were messy, and the floors didn’t look very clean. it was a little confusing because the email said one thing, but the store gave off another impression.

"Nice local finds, though I always expect the higher prices"
I like shopping here for the local produce and organic options. Most of the time I just assume the fruits and veggies are going to be fresh, and they usually are. Everything’s easy to find too. My only thing is the price, I know local and organic stuff tends to cost more, but I still wish a few items were a bit cheaper...

"First impression was a little hit or miss"
When I first opened everything up, my immediate impression was that the freshness was kind of mixed. Some items looked fine, but a few were already a bit wilted, which was disappointing.

"I wouldn’t say the prices are..."
I wouldn’t say the prices are always the lowest, which is a little annoying sometimes, but the quality usually makes me feel better about it. I’ll grab my everyday basics and then throw in a few little treats, and by the time I check out, I’m usually thinking, okay, that’s actually reasonable for what I’m getting
